You'll Need: 1 egg or flax egg. 1/2 cup melted butter or dairy-free alternative. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Up to 1 cup of whatever makes you smile. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir Cookie Mix, melted butter, vanilla and egg in a medium bowl until soft dough forms. Mix in your favorite ingredients! Check out the cookies shown here for inspiration or create your own! Scoop rounded teaspoons of dough. Roll into balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet (makes approximately 24). Bake until edges are light golden brown (approximately 10-12 minutes). Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from sheet. No refrigeration necessary.
