Pour milk up to the 1-1/4 cup mark. Let sit 5 minutes). 1 tablespoon lemon juice (Add lemon juice into a 2 cup liquid measuring cup. Pour milk up to the 1-1/4 cup mark. Let sit 5 minutes). 1 tablespoon oil. Directions: 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cassava flour, baking powder and salt. 2. Pour milk and lemon mixture and oil into dry ingredients and whisk well to combine. 3. Heat up waffle iron, fill and cook until steam stops or you have a nice golden brown waffle. Makes 3 to 4 waffles. Seal promptly and store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months of opening.
