Directions
Pancakes: 4-Inch: For 2-3 Pancakes; 1/2 c mix; 1/3 c water; 1/2 tbsp. Oil (Recommended). For 6-7 Pancakes; 1 c mix; 3/4 c water; 1 tbsp. Oil (Recommended). For 10-12 Pancakes; 2 c mix; 1-1/2 c water; 2 tbsp. Oil (Recommended). Add more water to make thinner pancakes. Heat electric griddle to 350 degrees F or nonstick skillet over medium - low heat. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until all large lumps are gone. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot surface. Flip pancake when bubbles from on top or when pancake is golden brown. Waffles: 1 cup mix; 3/4 cup water; 2 tbsp oil. Cooking spray needed for waffle iron. Directions: Preheat waffle iron and add all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix ingredients until smooth. Spray hot waffle iron with cooking spray and pour in 1/2 cup of batter. Close the lid and allow to cook until golden brown. Using tags pull the waffle away from waffle iron. Enjoy!
