Instructions for Use: For Sinks, Tubs & Showers: 1. Cut open one packet and pour entire contents into drain. 2. Pour 2 cups of hot tap water into drain to rinse away any excess powder on surface and activate powder in drain. [Caution: Wet powder left on surfaces can cause corrosion on stainless and painted surfaces.] 3. Let stand for 15-30 minutes or preferably overnight and then flush with hot tap water. For tough clogs use second packet and let stand overnight. Then flush with hot tap water. For Toilets: Empty two packets into toilet. Allow to sit overnight. If water level is abnormally high, allow water to reduce by approximately 50% and then flush. Clog Remover Tool: 1. Insert tool into drain opening as far as it will go (some drain stoppers may need to be removed in order to insert tool). 2. Move tool up and down and then carefully remove the tool from drain as there may be clog material attached. 3. Discard clog material and repeat if necessary. 4. After using tool, pour 1 Drain Opening Powder Pack into drain and follow normal directions above to completely clear away remainder of drain clog. Maintenance Tip: For optimal results, use in each drain in your home once a month. Note: Rarely, odor may occur when clearing clog. This is a normal occurrence produced, not by Green Gobbler, but by organic substances being broken down in pipes. If needed, provide extra ventilation and/or run extra water in drain to dissipate odor. Wet powder on stainless steel or natural stone can cause etching and corrosion. Immediately rinse or wipe surface clean if bubbles appear from drain.
