Cooking Methods: Pan Frying (Preferred Method): Preheat lightly oiled skillet to med-low temp. Place frozen patties on skillet for approx 2 mins. Turn patties over and cook 2 more mins- 165 degrees F internal temp. Patties should appear lightly browned. Allow to rest 30 secs. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Place frozen patties on lightly oiled oven-proof pan and bake 8-9 mins until internal temp of 165 degrees F. Patties should appear lightly browned. Allow to rest 30 secs. Microwave: Place 2 frozen patties on microwave-safe plate. Cover with paper towel and microwave 30-45 secs, depending on microwave wattage, until an internal temp of 165 degrees F. Allow to rest 30 secs. Perishable: Keep frozen. Perishable: Keep refrigerated or frozen. If purchased frozen thaw in refrigerator and use sealed within 7-10 days.
