Instructions for Prepare: For cake and cupcake frosting: Add contents of the packet into 125 ml cold milk. Beat with an electric mixer for 3 min at maximum speed. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 min. Use confectionery bag to decorate cupcakes. One packet is sufficient to frost 12 cupcakes or one cake layer. For a new cheesecake flavour (for 20 cm round cake pan): Add contents of packet into 125 ml cold milk, beat with electric mixer for 3 min at maximum speed. Add 300 g cream cheese (mascarpone/ricotta) 2 tablespoons (25 g) icing sugar and beat another 30 seconds at medium speed. Spread cream over a base of ground cookies (150 g) mixed with butter (60 g). Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. For ice cream desert (8-10 scoops): Add contents of packet into 150 ml cold milk Beat with electric mixer briefly at low speed, the raise speed to maximum and beat for 3 minutes. Swoop cream into balls, place on a tray and freeze. Keep in a dry and cool place! Best before: See date on the edge of bag.
