Directions
Direction: For two cups of custard: 2 heaped tablespoons (30 g) of custard powder, two cups of milk, 2 rounded tablespoons of sugar (or to taste). 1- Mix the custard powder with two tablespoons of milk, in a bowl to a smooth cream. 2- Boil the rest of the milk and sugar in a saucepan. 3- Stir the cream in the bowl thoroughly and immediately pour on the boiling milk stirring well. Serve hot or cold. 4- For thicker custard, boil and stir for a longer period. Keep in a cool dry place.
