Directions: To use the topping cream for filling or decorating cake, add the contents of one envelope of Noon topping cream to 1/2 cup (115 ml) of cold milk in a mixing bowl using a mixer to blend at low speed for 30 sec. and at high speed for 3 minutes *(if the kitchen's temperature is over 30 degrees C chill empty bowl before mixing the ingredients). Store ready topping cream covered in a refrigerator and mix before serving. Store in a cool & dry place.
