Directions: Always add powder over water and stir. For One Cup: Add one spoon powder (24 g) to one cup of water (240 mL) and stir until dissolves. For One Gallon: Add 15 spoon powder (half container) to one gallon water and stir until dissolves. Store in a cool, clean, dry place. Use before expiration date printed on package. Once opened, keep closed and consume within 30 days. Consume the reconstituted product before two days, and maintain refrigerated.
