Directions (Rice with Milk): 1/2 cup rice powder Bebe Roi, 1 cup sugar, 3 cups milk. Dilute the rice powder Bebe Roi in a cold cup of milk. Boil the remaining milk with the sugar than add the diluted rice powder, stir well on a light fire for 15 minutes. Decorate with almonds and jam. (Served cold). Store in a dry cool place.
