Makes 8 cups. Cooking Instructions: Directions (Sahlab): 1. Empty the content of the box (200 g) in a cooking pot containing 4 cups (960 ml) of cold milk. 2. Bring the mixture to boiling point while stirring constantly. 3. Reduce the heat and keep stirring till obtaining the desired consistency. 4. Pour into cups and serve hot. Sahlab can be served with: Ground cinnamon, Kaak/ crackers/ biscuits. Store in a dry cool place.
