Makes: 18-25 pancakes or 5 waffles depending on the size of the pancakes and waffles. You Will Need: Pancake: 3 cups buttermilk (or milk substitute), 2 eggs (or egg substitute). Waffles: 2-1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute), 2 eggs (or egg substitute), 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp. vanilla. Directions For Pancakes: Pre-heat griddle to 375 degrees F or medium/high heat and lightly grease pan. 1. Pour Mama Stoen's Pancake mix into a bowl and add 3 cups buttermilk (or milk substitute) and 2 eggs (or egg substitute). 2. Mix until all of the lumps are gone. 3. On your preheated griddle pour about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter in a circle to form each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot. Directions For Waffles: Pre-heat waffle maker and lightly grease. 1. Pour Mama Stoen's Waffle mix into a mixing bowl and add 2-1/2 cups milk (or milk substitute), 2 eggs (or egg substitute), 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp. vanilla. 2. Mix until all of the lumps are gone. 3. Pour about 3/4 cup of batter onto the hot waffle maker. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
