How to Cook Eldoha Rice: Ingredients: 1 cup of rice, 2 spoons of oil or butter (as wishing), 1 tea spoon of salt, 2 glasses of water. Preparing: 1- Put oil or butter on a bowl 2 litres capacity and heat then add half the quantity of rice and heat till it becomes golden color. 2- Add the other half of rice and mix all well. 3- Add water and salt, then cover the bowl and put over low heat for 15-20 minutes till it absorbs water and becomes easy to eat. 4- Lift the bowl, leave it covered for 5 minutes then serve hot. Keep in a dry and cool place.
