Cooking Method: 1) Wash and soak 1 cup (240g) of millet in sufficient water for 10 minutes and drain water. 2) Boil 2 1/2 cups of water in a saucepan and add the soaked millet. 3) Cook till the millet is soft and cooked or Pressure cook on high flame till 2nd whistle. 4) Now the Cooked millet can be incorporated into a medley of dishes. Cooks like Rice! Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Transfer the contents to an air tight container after opening.
