Our Egg Bites are fully cooked. Can be enjoyed at room temperature. Microwave - From Frozen: Remove frozen egg bite from the plastic packaging and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 1 1/2-2 minutes until heated through. Remove from microwave and let the egg bite cool for 30 seconds before enjoying. Microwave - From Thawed: Thaw frozen egg bite overnight under refrigeration. Once thawed, remove egg bite from the plastic packaging and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 30-50 seconds until heated through. Remove from microwave and let the egg bite cool for 30 seconds before enjoying. Keep frozen.
