Cooking Instructions: Serving Size: 4. 1 c Charleston Gold Rice. 1 tsp salt. 1 1/2 c water or stock. Rinse rice until water is clear. Bring ingredients to a boil. Stir & cover. Reduce heat to low & cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat & let sit for 15 minutes. Remove cover, fluff & serve. For extra flavor, saute onion in butter or olive oil & add before serving. For extended freshness, refrigerate or freeze after opening.
