Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: This product is uncooked. For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F as measured by the use of a meat thermometer. Cooking times may vary. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place frozen sausage patties in air fryer basket. Cook for about 13-15 minutes, flipping patties after 6-7 minutes. Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread frozen sausage patties on baking sheet and bake on bottom rack of oven for about 22-24 minutes, flipping the patties after 11-12 minutes. Pan Saute: Place frozen sausage patties in a preheated lightly oiled skillet or non-stick pan and cook over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning the patties occasionally. Microwave: Not recommended. Uncooked: For safety, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F as measured by use of a meat thermometer. Keep frozen.
