Massage icing pack until icing feels smooth and consistent inside. To start the flow of icing, cut a small opening at one of the corners of the icing pouch. Be sure not to cut the opening too large. Your icing is now ready to squeeze. Gently break apart the gates, door and cookie stands on the indented lines. Ice a thick line of icing along the straight side of the cookie stand. Place up against the back of one of the gate cookies. Repeat with other piece. Ice a thick line of icing along the inside edges of the gate cookie. gently slide arch cookie into grooved section. Hold until secure. Ice a thick line of icing along the straight side of the door. Place one of the doors up against the gates on a slight angle. Repeat with other side. Hold until secure. decorate your dinosaur any way you want before you put it together! Take the gum drops and cut them in half to create eyes on your T-Rex. Use the green and white icing to make cool patterns and designs. Once dried its time to put your T-Rex together! Ice along the inside cut-outs of both cookies. Carefully take your top cookie and slide it into the groove of the foot cookie. Hold until secure. Decorate your gingerbread gates any way you’d like! Make torches out of the gum drops by cutting them long ways. Add snow and icicles to the doors with icing. Place your T-Rex cookie around to make your own awesome scene!
