Break apart the desk pieces on the indented lines. Massage icing pack until icing feels smooth and consistent inside. Cut a small opening at one of the corners of the icing pouch. Be sure not to cut the opening too large. Lay out the gingerbread pieces on the table. On the reverse (rough side) of one of the longer desk pieces, ice two thick lines of icing along the side edges. Press a side wall up against one of the icing strips. Repeat process with the other side wall. Hold until secure. Apply a thick strip of icing along the tops of the desk and side walls. Gently place down remaining desk piece. Hold until secure. Take one of your background pieces and ice along the bottom edge and sides of the cookie. Place this cookie piece onto the center of the board. Take another background piece and ice along the bottom. edge. Press background piece up against the icing strip. Place this cookie on an angle to ensure that the cookies will stand, Repeat process with the remaining cookie piece and hold until icing sets. Place your gingerbread desk in front of the background pieces. You are now ready to decorate! Decorate Michael’s office any way your want! Use the candy jewels and fruity gummies to create a holiday scene! Use the scene-setter characters to complete Michael’s office and bring it to life! Scene Setter: Have an adult help you cut on the dotted lines. Continue cutting past the bottom of the fold to include the base of the scene setters. Fold back the bottom of the base on the solid lines. Place scene setter elements around your gingerdesk to make a Holiday scene! If needed, use a dab of icing on the bottom to help your scene setter stick to the surface.
