Massage icing pack until icing feels smooth and consistent inside. To start the flow of icing, cut a small opening at one of the corners of the icing pouch. Be sure not to cut the opening too large. Your icing is now read tot to squeeze. Do not open popping candy until ready to use. Use icing to ice the areas you want to decorate with popping candy. Carefully sprinkle the popping candy on desired areas. Then turn the cookie over and tap off excess candy on to a plate to reuse. Have an adult help you cut up the fruity gummies and use your imagination to create cool shapes & designs. Use the candy jewels to really make your characters come to life.
