Cooking Instructions: 1. Moisten meat or seafood thoroughly in cold water. Shake off excess water. 2. Firmly press meat or seafood in Breading Mix until completely coated. 3. Deep fry at 350 degrees F until golden brown and internal temperature is 145 degrees F for seafood, or 165 degrees F for chicken, beef and pork. Enjoy! Variations: Simply follow the same fry directions to prepare tasty oysters, shrimp and vegetables. Coats up to 3 Ibs. of protein.
