Add chicken to the hot oil and fry 3-5 mins (10 mins for bone in). Flip chicken halfway through cooking time. Fry until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Enjoy! Oven Bake: 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (375 degrees F for bone-in chicken). Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray. 2.
