You'll need: 1/3 cup of milk. 6 tbsp melted butter 1 egg. To Make Cornbread: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or cast-iron skillet well and set aside. 2. Combine cornbread mix with melted butter, milk, and egg. 3. Stir just until the mixture comes together and mixture is smooth. 4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Enjoy! Pro Tip: For an even richer cornbread, substitute 1/3 cup of milk with 1/2 cup buttermilk. To Make Cornbread Muffins: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Follow instructions above to form batter. 2. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups or lightly spray with cooking spray. 3.
