Directions

Once opened store in a cool dry place. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of Grace Jerk seasoning per 1 lb (453 g) of fully thawed meat, chicken, seafood or vegetables. Rub the seasoning thoroughly in, then allow to marinade for at least one hour. Then cook on the barbecue grill, on the stove top or in the oven using your favourite method. No other spices, seasonings or salt are necessary when you use Grace jerk seasoning.
