Ultimate fudgy cocoa brownies. What you need 3/4 cup baker's 100% cocoa powder pure 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 eggs 1-1/4 cups sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup flour. Prep time: 10 min. Total time: 35 min. Makes: 16 servings. Make it heat oven to 350 degrees F line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Whisk butter and cocoa powder until blended. Beat eggs in medium bowl with mixer on high speed 1 min. or until frothy and lemon colored. Add sugar, vanilla and cocoa powder mixture to eggs; stir until blended. Stir in flour. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownie pan before cutting to serve. Classic hot cocoa: prep time: 15 min. Total time: 15 min. Makes: 5 servings, about 1 cup each. 1/2 cup baker's 100% pure cocoa powder, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1-1/4 qt. (5 cups) milk, 1 tsp. Vanilla. Combine ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Product may settle during storage.
