Microwave: What you need: 4 oz. Cream cheese, softened 1. Reserve 2 tsp. Graham cracker crumbs. Set aside. 2. Mix cream cheese and marshmallow graham crumb mix until blended. 3. Shape into 12 (1-inch) balls, using a level tablespoon for each. Place on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Freeze 15 minutes. 4. Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on high for 30 seconds; stir. Microwave 30 seconds more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-second increments until completely melted. 5. Dip each ball in chocolate using a fork, letting any excess drip back into the bowl; return to baking sheet. Knead marshmallow icing to achieve desired consistency. Top each cookie ball with icing and sprinkle with reserved graham crumbs. 6. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Just add cream cheese.
