Bake: You will need: 1 pkg. (8 oz. ) cream cheese, softened; 2 eggs; 1/4 cup oil; 1/4 cup water. 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a 8-inch square pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Mix fudge brownie mix, 1 egg, oil and water until blended; pour into prepared pan. 2. Beat cream cheese with vanilla icing and remaining egg until blended. Stir in white chocolate chunks. 3. Spoon dollops of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter. 4. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry sauce over ingredients in pan; swirl lightly with knife. Bake 30 to 32 min. or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Refrigerate any leftovers. Just add: Cream cheese, eggs and oil.
