Keep frozen. Bake and serve. Heating instructions: Conventional oven: 1. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees F. 2. Place frozen (do not thaw) beef Wellington on a lightly greased baking dish, with the pastry folds facing up. 3. Place the baking dish on the lower rack of your oven, reduce your oven temperature to 425 degrees F and bake for 25-35 minutes. 4. Carefully take the baking dish out of the oven and let stand for 5 minutes (internal temperature will continue to rise during this time). The puff pastry should be golden brown and the meat should be a perfect medium-rare, as recommended by Cuisine Solutions chefs. If the puff pastry begins to get too dark, loosely place a piece of aluminum foil on top of the beef Wellington. This will slow the browning of the pastry. 5. For a more well-done beef Wellington, leave in your oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, monitoring carefully so as not to over-bake the puff pastry. 6. Place on a plate and serve. Caution: baking dish and contents will be hot!
