Directions for use: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 360 degrees F or 1/4-inch oil in skillet to medium high. 2. Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with breader by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breader on plate. 4. Deep fry 15-20 minutes; pan fry 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Oven-fry in lightly greased baking pan. Spray breaded chicken lightly with oil. Bake at 425 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
