All You Need: 2/3 cup oil. 1/4 cup water. 2 eggs. Substitutions Eggs: Use 3 egg whites OR 1/2 cup egg substitute for the eggs. Baking Instructions: 1. Set oven to 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan. For dark-coated pan, set oven to 325 degrees F. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Beat water, oil and egg in a medium bowl until fully blended. Add brownie mix and stir until blended, about 50 strokes. Spread into pan. Sprinkle candy coated chips evenly over top of batter and bake immediately. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan and 325 degrees F for dark coated pan. Bake as directed in chart below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Pan Size: Thick 13 x 9-inch; Thicker 9 x 9-inch; Thickest: 8 x 8-inch. Bake time (Double batch: Coat bottom of 15 x 10-inch baking pan. Combine 2 packages brownie mix, 1 cup oil, 1/2 cup water and 4 eggs; mix as directed above. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 37 minutes): Thick 28 to 31 min; Thicker 30 to 35 min; Thickest: 45 to 50 min. Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted. Funfetti Mini Brownie Cupcakes: Prep: 12 min. Bake: 18 min. 1 package Pillsbury Funfetti family size brownie mix. Additional ingredients to prepare brownie mix per package instructions. 1 container Pillsbury creamy supreme chocolate fudge flavored frosting. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 42 mini muffin cups with miniature paper liners. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions using oil, water and eggs, but reserve candy bits for later use. Fill baking cups 3/4 full. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until set in center. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely. Frost as desired. Sprinkle with reserved candy bits. Makes 3-1/2 dozen. Best if used by date stamped on package.
