Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking directions: Standard oven/toaster oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake 10 minutes, carefully turn over and continue baking an additional 7-10 minutes or until reaching light golden color. Season to taste and serve immediately. Deep fry*. Preheat cooking oil* to 350 degrees F. Fill deep fryer basket half full of frozen fries and carefully lower into hot oil. Deep fry for 3-3 1/2 minutes. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately. Pan fry with oil*. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in electric skillet or large frying pan to medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add frozen fries in a single layer. Stir to evenly distribute the oil. Cover with a lid and heat 9 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently for uniform cooking. Spread on absorbent paper. Serve immediately. For best quality, microwave cooking not recommended. To store: keep frozen until ready to use. To reclose bag, twist open end and secure with rubber band or twist-tie. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed. *It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil.
