Directions: 1 pkg. pumpkin cake; 2 eggs; 1 cups canned pumpkin; 1/2 cup raisins (optional); 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional). 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 8x8x2 - inch pan. 2 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until blended (liquid not needed in preparation). 3 Spoon into prepared 8x8x2 - inch square pan. 4 Bake for 45-55 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Just add pumpkin & eggs. Optional serving suggestions: Serve warm or cold with dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. See side panel for cream cheese frosting.
