All You Need: 2/3 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, 2 egg whites. Baking Instructions: 1. Set oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 12 cupcake cups with no-stick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups. 2. Beat the mix, water, egg whites, and oil in a bowl on medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter evenly among cupcake cups, filling about 1/2 full. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 19-23 minutes (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to adjusted). When toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean, cupcakes are done. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan. Cool cupcakes completely before frosting. Store loosely covered.
