Baking Instructions: All You Need: 6 tbsp butter *softened; 1 egg. Set oven to 375 degrees F. Beat cookie mix, softened butter, and egg in a medium bowl. Mix until soft dough is formed. Form dough by rounded tablespoons. Decorate the cookies, open the sprinkle pouch and place in a bowl. Dip the top of the rounded cookie dough into the sprinkles, allowing some of the candy canes to stick to the top of the dough ball. Place onto ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8 to 12(a) minutes or until edges are set. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before removing from the baking sheet. * For best results, butter should be completely softened or slightly melted. To soften butter directly from the refrigerator, heat in microwave unwrapped for 10 to 15 seconds. Margarine or spread may be used in place of butter.
