Preparation Instructions: 1. Place 2 cups (16 fl oz) of hot water and 1-1/2 cups (12 fl oz) of bulgur in a medium size saucepan. Unlike with other grains, you do not have to cook bulgur on the stove. 2. Place lid on saucepan. 3. Let stand 7 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
