Standard prep!! Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Moisten 2-1/2 lb. bone-in chicken thighs (about 6 pieces), 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in half on a bias), or 6 to 8 (1/2-inch thick) boneless pork chops with water. Shake: Shake chicken or chops, 1 piece at a time, with 1 pkt. Coating mix in a reusable container. Discard any remaining coating mix. Bake: Bake on ungreased or foil-covered rimmed baking sheet until done (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for chicken, or 165 degrees F for pork chops, when tested with meat thermometer). Bone-in chicken: 45 min.; Boneless chicken: 30 min.; Boneless pork chops: 25 min. Let chops stand 3 min. before serving. Do not cover or turn meat while baking. Safety first! Cook thoroughly before consuming. Tips! For perfect barbecued chicken, heat barbecue for indirect grilling. Coat chicken as directed on package; place in a foil pan. Place pan on barbecue grate over until area; cover. Grill as directed on package, monitoring barbecue for consistent temperature. Best before date on bottom.
