Traditional Stuffing Directions: Saucepan: Boil 1 cup (250 ml) water and 2 tbsp. (30 ml) non-hydrogenated margarine in medium saucepan. Stir in contents of Stuffing Mix pouch: cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Microwave: Mix contents of Stuffing Mix pouch, 3/4 cup (175 ml) hot water and 2 tbsp. (30 ml) non-hydrogenated margarine in medium microwaveable bowl; cover. Microwave on high 4 minutes. Let stand 4 minutes. Fluff with fork. Note: Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time is approximate. To Stuff a Bird: Prepare as above, suing 3/4 cup (175 ml) water and 1 tbsp (15 ml) non-hydrogenated margarine. Let cool slightly. Lightly stuff cavity of bird, allowing 1/2 cup (125 ml) stuffing per 1 lb. of bird. Roast at 325 degrees F 25 to 30 minutes per lb. to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not stuff bird until ready to roast. Pull to open.
