Directions

1. Heat griddle to 375° or skillet to medium heat and lightly grease. 2. Combine one package of mix with 3/4 cup cold water. Stir together, but do not over mix. A few lumps will remain. Let batter stand for 2 minutes to thicken. 3. Pour slightly less the 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the griddle. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown. Turn only once for soft, fluffy pancakes. Waffles: 1. Heat waffle iron. 2. Mix together 1 package of Weisenberger Pancake Mix, 2/3 cup milk, 1 egg (beaten), 1tsp. oil & 1 tsp. sugar. 3. Let batter rest for 3-5 minutes. 4. Pour batter onto lightly greased waffle iron. Cook until steamin stops or golden brown.
