Directions

Add zing to chicken, fish, shrimp, oysters, pork chops, and other meats. Directions: No.1. Dip food in a beaten egg; then coat with seasoned flour. Fry as you usually do. No.2. Just empty one package of seasoned flour in a paper bag. Add food to be coated, piece by piece, and shake. Fry as usual. No.3. Combine seasoned flour with one egg and enough milk to make a thin or thick batter depending on the food to be fried (thin for fish fillets, thick for oysters). Dip foods in the batter, then fry.
