Refrigeration extends freshness. The genesis of Hail Merry® started on the island of Maui where our founder Susan O' Brien fell in love with superfoods. Her home would later be transformed into a test kitchen for recipes that celebrate plant based raw oils and pure ingredients. Today our women-led kitchen has expanded to be certified gluten-free, kosher, and Non-GMO verified. We source only the finest ingredients like organic maple syrup from Vermont, organic Fair Trade cocoa, and organic extra virgin coconut oil. That means a lot to us, especially as mothers.
